🌀 The Form That Warps Spacetime
Behold, the Early Entry & Late Exodus Pass form:
It sits there patiently, a humble Google Form, entirely unaware that it holds the keys to the temporal gates. Fill it out. Love it. Send it into the digital ether. Then wait for the universe (and possibly a human with email access) to get back to you.
⏰ Early Entry: The "I Need To Be There Wednesday" Situation
Early Entry is for people with a reason to arrive before the gates officially open on Thursday. Not just people who are really excited (though we admire the enthusiasm). Valid reasons include:
You're with a Theme Camp and need time to build your ridiculous, beautiful infrastructure
You're part of Event Set Up and will be hauling, hammering, and sweating before the first attendee arrives
You're a Department Lead with things to coordinate and people to wrangle
You have a Volunteer Shift that requires early presence
The form will ask you why. Give it a good reason. "I want to soak in the vibes" is not a reason. "I am literally building the vibes" is.
🌅 Late Exodus: The "I Can't Possibly Pack This Fast" Pass
Exodus passes are for those who need extra time on the back end—specifically for cleanup and teardown. Valid reasons include:
Theme Camp Tear Down: Your camp built a lot and needs to un-build it
Clean Up Crew: The sacred order of scoopers and sweepers
Department Lead: You're closing things down properly
You get an extra day. Use it wisely. Leave no trace, but leave at a slightly more relaxed pace.
đź“‹ How The Form Actually Works
Here's what you'll encounter when you click that link:
Email. Yours. The one you actually check.
First & Last Name. Your government name. The one your mother uses when she's disappointed.
Burner Name / Preferred Name. The name you chose for yourself, probably involving a celestial body, an animal, or an inside joke.
Select Which Applies. Early Entry or Exodus. Pick one. The form will then reveal additional questions tailored to your choice, like a choose-your-own-adventure book but with slightly more paperwork.
Need to Submit More? A delightful dropdown that lets you apply for additional passes. Want both Early Entry and Exodus? You can. Want to submit for multiple people? The dropdown has you covered. Just select "No more submissions, Done" when you're finished, and the form will nod approvingly and let you go.
Reasoning. A text box awaits your justification. Be specific. Be honest. Be compelling.
Hit submit. You'll get an email with your answers attached. Then someone will get back to you with additional information if needed.
🗓️ A Note On Dates
Early Entry is Wednesday, September 17. That is the early day. The only early day. If you show up Tuesday, you'll be early for Early Entry, which is a paradox we are not equipped to handle.
The event runs Thursday through Saturday. Exodus passes extend your stay for cleanup and teardown.
Plan accordingly. The form does not negotiate with the Gregorian calendar.
📬 What Happens After You Submit
You'll receive an email confirmation with your answers. This is not the same as approval. A real human will review your submission and get back to you if they need more information—or if something needs clarifying.
If you don't hear back right away, don't panic. If you do hear back, respond promptly. These passes are not infinite, and the people reviewing them are volunteers who would very much appreciate your patience and promptness, in that order.

One Final Thought
Filling out this form is not a suggestion. It's not a "maybe." It's not a "I'll just show up and explain myself." If you arrive early without approval, you'll be turned away. If you linger late without permission, you'll be gently but firmly encouraged to leave.
We love you. We want you here. But we also want you here at the right time.
Now go fill out that form. The internet is waiting.
